AMBROSIA
Ingredients:
2 cans pineapple chunks, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 jars maraschino, drained
1 can coconut flakes
1/2 bag mini marshmallows
4 oz. sour cream
16 oz. Cool Whip
Directions:
Combine sour cream and Cool Whip. Fold in all other ingredients. Chill covered for at least 2 hours.

NECTAR SQUARES
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons of butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or any other flavored extract
3/4 cups water
A candy thermometer is required for this recipe.
Directions:
Step 1: In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients and melt them over medium heat until all ingredients are completely dissolved.
Step 2: Without further stirring, boil until mixture reaches 290°F on your candy thermometer.
Step 3: Pour mixture into a greased or buttered pan and let cool until almost firm to the touch.
Step 4: Mark off surface into squares with a cutting knife, but do not cut completely.
Step 5: When toffee cools, break it into pieces (this should be easier if toffee was properly scored).
Step 6: Enjoy your nectar squares!
